I’m back for the Summer.

The June kit is awesome — lots of vibrant colors, fun embellishments, and awesome letter stickers.

Here’s a look at some of the pages I came up with using the kit:

Samwise :: Before we came up with “Samuel” as the name for our son, we seriously considered Samwise (and some other names from The Lord of the Rings).  In the back of my mind, Samuel is really Samwise to me … especially in these photos.  Looks like he is on his way to the shire.

Howdy :: Love the paper.  Love the western embellishments.  (Samuel’s western outfit came from a consignment store — I went in there hoping I’d find something that would be somewhat western for spirit day at his school and I stumbled upon this jumper for $6!)

Transit of Venus :: A once-in-a-lifetime celestial event that won’t happen again for another 105 years.  So glad I got to experience this with my boy … even though he was really only interested in the trailers and trucks that were parked in the parking lot.

Hello Suga ::  Samuel was in suga heaven!  Loved watching him attack this cupcake and savoring each bite as if it were his last.

Valhalla Renaissance Faire :: We had the best time ever.  Jim lasted until 3 pm (without hip pain!!!) and Samuel loved everything about the faire — especially the bubble lady.  (Just realized that I incorrectly spelled Valhalla in title!)
