What can I say? We’re a bunch of folks who have lots of fun together.

Here’s my birthday highlights.

It started last night with a surprise birthday cake + fun gifts from my good friends, J + K.
Mom left her rendition of the classic Birthday song on my voice mail this morning. Very cute, mom. Thank you!

printer arrived today!!!  The UPS man delivered it this afternoon!

Looks like a great printer.  It prints, scans + copies.

My scrap area is coming together nicely.  The island arrived while I was at CKU-Provo + J had it all put together for me when I got home.  The shelves on the island are great for storing stuff that I use frequently.  I also managed to put my Epson printer on the bottom shelf + [...]

August 08: Hoping to get a good night sleep, but I tossed + turned all night with ideas for the Canon page contest in my head.  Made a trip to Juice ‘n Java for our morning coffee + stopped at the CKU store to pick up the new Scenic Route Sonoma collection.  Lots of reds, [...]

August 07: Got up early and headed down the only coffee house within walking distance.  No Starbucks in sight!  Hesitant to try coffee from some random coffee joint, but we were pleasantly surprised!  The coffee was good … just as good as the Southern California coffee chain, Coffee Bean.

August 6: Southwest did not have a direct flight to Provo, UT so my travel time to CKU was much longer compared to my local + Oregon friends.  I departed Sacramento at 9:05 am and arrived in Provo at 2 pm with a pit stop in Las Vegas.  Hung out at the airport to wait [...]

Just about to finish packing for CKU-Provo.  Can’t believe I’m leaving in te morning for four days of scrapbooking bliss!
